How to Sell
A specialized unit called 'Reception Office', managed by Ms Monika Wiśniewska, functions at our Auction House. Ms Monika Gregorczyk also works at the office. Sale offers should be directed to the Reception Office.
Rempex Auction House cooperates with Mr Adam Konopacki's Art Konsultant Agency when assessing and estimating the objects and publishing the catalogue. The Agency has everyday contacts with several experts in different fields of art.

In the case of many objects or large objects (furniture, large paintings), it is possible to contact a representative of the Auction House in order to see the objects on the spot. On the owners' additional request, objects may be restored and framed at preferential prices before entering the auction. Payment for the above services is made after the sale of the object or at its collection.
Objects are also accepted at our Auction House in Cracow, run by Ms Agata Turecka. The branch is located at Łobzowska 3 (31-139 Kraków), and it is open from:
Monday to Friday from 12 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Objects are accepted on the basis of a commission agreement (see specimen and regulations). Objects requiring further analysis are accepted on the basis of a deposit agreement (see specimen and regulations).
Rempex Auction House charges a commission:
If reserve price is lower then 2 000 PLN – 30% + VAT (36,9% from hammer price)
If reserve price is higher then 2 000 PLN – 20% + VAT (24,6% from hammer price)
For furniture whit reserve price higher then 2 000 PLN – 25% + VAT (30,8% from hammer price)
The main seat of the Rempex Auction House at Karowa 31 organizes one traditional auction monthly with old art, contemporary art and art crafts.
Objects are presented in the following groups:
* drawings, graphics
* paintings
* sculptures
* glass and porcelain
* silvers and plates
* varia (e.g. clocks, arms, fabrics etc.)
* furniture
In addition, the Auction House in Warsaw, 31 Karowa Street, organizes a thematic auction. (see auction dates).
The objects are accepted three weeks in advance.
We recommend that you sell works of art and antiques in the auction system, especially that:
* the objects will be examined and described by independent experts
* the objects will be presented in auction catalogues with photographs in print (1000 copies)
also it is accessible on our website, visited by ca 20 000 people every month.
* If the object is not sold, it may be collected 10 days after auction by the owner or continue to be offered
for sale at our galleries
